It's always fun to get a visit from one of our babies! They grow so fast. We love this kid's onesie-- maybe he should be our mascot?
We often get questions about our birth tub. How big is it? How is it set up? We bring it to your home and set it up, then pack it up after your birth. It is made of soft plastic, and we have a system for keeping it filled with warm water for hours! Some people have their babies in the tub, and many enjoy the relaxing feeling of the warm water. It has a liner that is unique for each person, and never reused, so the entire tub stays clean at all times. It can be set up anywhere in your home. Here is a lovely spot in baby's nursery!
Did you see us at the Community Baby Shower and Family Resource Fair in St. Albans today? We were giving out goodies and talking about home birth!
Families love to be a part of prenatal visits! Here is soon-to-be big brother checking in on his little sister. He is using our fetoscope to listen to her heart beat. The whole family is getting excited to meet this baby!
What a wonderful way to celebrate a new mama-to-be! Our lovely client, Heather, shared this photo of her beautiful belly, decorated by friends at her Blessingway. We are all excited to meet this lion cub soon!
Peggy has been delivering babies at Full Spectrum since 1995! It's fun to look through the scrapbook at all the happy mamas and babies she has delivered over the years.
We use a gentle sling scale at home to weigh the babies during the first few weeks of life. Here are Peggy and Shari weighing little baby Hudson for the first time.
Welcome baby Hudson! Born at home January 10th, 2019. Hudson and his big brothers are doing well. We love to help families grow!
This December we welcomed baby Sterling. Big sister Lucy the doggie was very attentive and loving towards him from the start! This was a Lotus Birth, meaning the placenta and baby stayed attached until the umbilical cord separated naturally. These first few days are a special time in baby's life.
