Many families have concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Most of the people who become seriously ill with COVID-19 are over age 60, or have other health issues. Most of our clients are extremely healthy, and low risk for complications from the virus. However, we don’t want a single one of you to have to face any illness in pregnancy, and would like to share with you our suggestions of staying healthy through this challenging and stressful time:
WHAT YOU CAN DO: Get vaccinated. Wash your hands thoroughly and often. Practice social distancing and wear a face covering whenever you are in a public space with many people. Here are some resources for our community:
